Who would have every thought I could pay my $1 toll with 81cents and a piece of Blueberry Pound Cake!

Blueberry Payments...
So I tried the Blueberry Pound Cake that I made at the 4th of July again, and good thing I did...
The Cake turned out alot better this time, I coated my Blueberries in flour and greased the pan in Crisco instead of Using Pam, and it came Perfect! I made it to take to my Belle Chasse Service Unit Meeting - just to add a little levity. Its amazing how much easier people are to work with when you feed them. My meeting ran late, so I was in a bit of a hurry to head back to the Eastbank to make it to trivia at Finn McCools. I mindlessly hopped onto the Westbank Expressway...and then I got to the Toll Plaza. You see to get back into New Orleans from the Westbank you have to cross over a toll bridge, and you either need a toll tag or a $1 to get across....As I dug every penny out of my wallet I realized I had only 81cents. Not exactly a Dollar, regardless of how you count it. I had two options...run the toll and get the ticket, or beg. I opted to beg. I began apologizing as I rolled up, handed her my hodge podge of nickels and dimes. When I saw her start to laugh at me, I sucked up my pride and offered her a slice of my blueberry pound cake to cover the other 19...she accepted and I passed.
