On the Go!

I don't even know where to begin with this weekend! My parents have been in town since Thursday to celebrate my birthday, and we have literally been on the go constantly!

One of the misconceptions of New Orleans is that there is nothing to do outside of the French Quarter.  Well I am here to tell you differently! Other than dinner one night and a trip to the New Orleans School of Cooking, we spent NO time in the French Quarter in 4 days! Stay tuned for all our activities!

But the best part of this weekend, wasn't the food, and the activities, or getting to see my parents...it was Miss Ippi, my parents new Golden Retriever Puppy!  While she doesn't quite have potty training or walking on a leash down pat yet, she is absolutely adorable! There is nothing better than waking up in the morning to puppy kisses! I was so sad to see her go today...the next time I see her she'll be all grown up!
