Commanding Kabobs!

Shrimp and Sausage Skewers

Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 Tablespoons or Bourbon
- 1 Teaspoon Chipolte Tabasco
- 1 Pound Shrimp (the bigger the better)
- 12 oz. Andouille Sausage (cut into chunks about the same size as the shrimp)
- 2 Vidalia Onion
- 3 Bell Peppers (I used Red, Orange and Yellow)
- Vegetable Oil Spray
- Skewers (Soaked Wooden or Metal)

Directions
- On the Skewers thread Shrimp, Sausage, Onion and Bell Pepper pieces.
- Spray the Skewers with Vegetable Spray.
- Sprinkle on creole seasoning.
- Put on hot grill. (For 4 Minutes)
- About 30 seconds before taking the skewers off, baste with sauce.
- Sauce - combine creole mustard, honey, bourbon, and Tabasco.
- Use remaining sauce to brush on when skewers come off grill.

Must admit, these were really good...I didn't make them tonight...it was actually like 3 weeks ago, but I have been so swamped with work I hadn't had a chance to write about it...or cook anything since then...
But I would definitely recommend it!
